Shipping policy

General Information:

Taji Designs team process your order from Sunday through Thursday, your order will be delivered within five business days of placement excluding weekends and public holidays within Greater Cairo. For other cities, please see the Shipping & Delivery Schedule below. If your order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, it will be processed on the first business day that follows. International Shipping:

No refunds/exchange on all international orders

All additional taxes, customs, and import/export duties shall be paid by customer.

You will receive an email with the shipping & delivery cost after being calculated considering but not limited to the destination, the shipment weight, etc. which varies.

A confirmation e-mail must be sent from your side with a confirmation to proceed with the order or not within maximum 48 hours. Not receiving a confirmation e-mail will result in cancelling your order automatically.

The cash on delivery method of payment is not applied for International orders, and such orders shall be fully paid before shipping.
