Returns & Refunds

Stay calm with your purchase and be sure that our team are always there to help you and assist during your shopping journey with Taji Designs.

We accept returns, exchanges and refunds only on the spot, so you can comfortably try the pieces you ordered on the spot while the courier is waiting. Once the courier leaves we will not be able to accept any returns, exchanges or refunds.

At all times, the cost of delivery shall be paid by the customer unless as mentioned according to the below conditions.

Returns Condition

  • Returned items must be returned in its original position, unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
  • Please make sure to take care when trying on your purchases and return them back in the same condition you received them.
  • Please note that any returns do not meet our return policy will not be accepted.

Faulty Returns

If your return is due to a fault from Taji Designs such as damaged condition, or does not comply with the description on the website, please contact us immediately with your order number and images of the faulty item. You will be eligible for a full refund for the defective item once approved by Taji Designs team and Taji Designs shall bear the cost of delivery.

Refunds

After your return has been received and accepted by Taji Designs team, your refund will be completed between seven to ten business days from the date of receiving the item through the following methods, knowing that you shall bear the cost of delivery unless as mentioned in accordance to Faulty Returns:

  • The same original payment method or;
  • A refund voucher issued as per your request to be used at any time
